We just moved here from St Louis in June and started looking for our house in early October. We've only bought one house previously and that was over 10 years ago so the whole process was a little fuzzy to us. Megan was awesome. She would be great for seasoned house hunters but really ideal for new buyers or people like us who haven't bought in a while. She guided us through EVERY step and answered all of our questions promptly and with great detail. Communication was outstanding. Never any problem there. Her knowledge of the area and the current market is also outstanding. Also great at the negotiation process. I know we paid a lot less and got a lot the seller to accommodate most of our demands because of her. In short, Megan takes a personal interest in her clients. A great experience.
